Customer Success Manager – Canada
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business success? We are looking for a proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will oversee accounts, identify growth opportunities, and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance client loyalty and long-term partnership value. You will serve as the primary client advocate, ensuring seamless communication across Data, IT, Field Sales, and Finance while optimizing campaign performance and delivering measurable results.
Your day-to-day will include analyzing campaign data, presenting actionable insights, facilitating client decision-making, and collaborating closely with leadership and field performance teams to align objectives. You will also educate clients on the unique benefits of face-to-face fundraising and provide weekly performance updates to ensure campaigns achieve their full potential. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on strategy, collaboration, and client success.
